atan2()
関数は二つの変数 x and y に対する
逆正接（アークタンジェント）を計算する。
これは、 y / x の逆正接を計算し、
二つの引数の符号は結果の象限を決定するために使われる。
返り値
atan2()
関数は結果をラジアン単位で返し、値は -PI と PI （両端を含む）
である。
