This is the picture of our OES system. At right, there is a sputtering chamber. As you can see, it uses a commercially available single lens reflex camera.
To observe the wavelength below 300 nanometers, the lens of the camera has been replaced with a single plano-convex lens of synthesized silica.
Viewport of the chamber and an optical fiber (green line) are also made of silica.
